Day 7

Monday January 22nd

Bon Swa!

Offload today was a huge success! Other than falling a little bit behind schedule everything went smoothly and according to plan.

We started our day around 0730 and it ended just before 1630 with all of the supplies on the ground. Mikayla was even able to climb aboard the Kennedy and get some pudding and gummy bears for us! We ended the day with an amazing chicken and lobster dinner at Ellie’s place with Cathie and her husband. Cathie is the woman Liv talked about in an earlier post. She coordinated the donations that went to the clinic.

Over the next few days there will be a lot to talk about as we start implementing the projects we worked on this semester. For now we are so thankful offload was a success.
