The Day Has Arrived!

Day 1: January 12, 2016

Today’s the day! The day has finally arrived for my team and I to start our travel. Once at the airport, we met with Captain Lennon and the rest of the team. We were all ready to start our co-op!We had around a 3 hour plane ride and once we landed we got to our hotel, the Embassy Suites in Miami Florida. After having a brief safety meeting with Captain Lennon, we had a team dinner at a local Miami restaurant called Versailles. It was delicious! That night we all went to sleep with the knowledge that in the upcoming hours we would be in Haiti!
